I like Dr Huzella even though she had to refer me to another doctor. The menu for trying to actually speak to someone is one of the absolute worst I've ever encountered. When you are forced to make a choice that isn't relevant to what you need because there are absolutely no choices for what you need you are then transferred to a voice mail. My 89-year-old mother is a patient. I am the one who drives her to her appointments. My mom likes Dr. Huzella and has said that she is a "smart lady" and that she trusts her. Why the negative review, then? The utterly abysmal, no-good, terrible, awful, inconceivably disrespectful office staff. I've been annoyed with their time management practices for years. I have to say Dr. Huzella is amazing! She's an extremely talented doctor but an even better woman. She's thoughtful and caring and you can tell that she genuinely cares for her patients and is willing to spend as much time as necessary to explain your care in ways you'll understand. I've had the privilege of being one of her patients for a few years and I feel so grateful to have found her!
