Be careful what you order!!! Order the Mongolian beef #8 for takeout. Got home and the beef was RAW!!!!! And I mean very raw! Called and was told oh so sorry we were really busy!!! Live here and been there so many times but never again!!!
Was told 15 minutes for take out .... 35 plus minutes later got our food. The lady from the kitchen came out to double check we got the right order. Got home and it was wrong with food missing so we called to have it fixed the lady on the phone was absolutely rude. I will NOT be eating there anymore no excuse for RUDE staff and low quality food.
What happen to the quality of food there ? Had Take out 7/1817 and it was horrible.. To bad its gone down hill...
The worse service I have ever experienced. Took our order after 55 mins still did not get our food 3 other tables walked out before we decided to leave also . Will be very disappointed if you go here . WILL NEVER GO AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO HERE
phone rings off the hook. The new blacked out windows to the kitchen is not cool. always looks closed and mysterious. Waitress' have admitted the new blacked out windows provides not being able to see what is going on in the back. I was honest and said that creates unnecessary anxiety. Why hide what they are doing in the back. Coupled w/ the black painted ceiling tiles...it always looks dark and closed and shouldnt have changed it/ Improve the food to dbl dragon standards in sandy. Always pretty good with good staff. Best food stop in Estacada.
We went for dinner tonite (1-9-15). It took forever to receive our food. Som people left while waiting to give their order. When I mentioned it took a very long time to receive our food, the waitress told us that we came during the rush for take-out orders being picked up. We have never had this problem before. The food was good. Next time we will order take-out because that is their priority not inside diners.
