Low cost and historic building offering fair housing. This is in a walkable part of downtown. It’s crazy to think you had to be rich to afford to stay here when it was a hotel. If you have never had a chance to see an example of Chicago architecture just come by and visit this place, maybe even one day you will get to live here !
This is the worst place in history to live the staff are lazy ignoring maintainance issues giving false reports general unprofessionalism neglecting responsibilities and much more if you are smart and want to stay safe and comfortable stay far away from this place
