On 9-17-24 we drove to KWT#7 in Dallas to have new wheels, tires & a lift kit installed. Store Mgr Mike gave us a time to come back & pick up our vehicle. Upon return at said time, Mgr Mike informed us his mechanic was called away on a family emergency & he would call a mechanic at another store to finish installation the next day. We went home.
