Horrible experience, the office has changed ownership and names over the years I had been a patient for over 5 years, I moved to Hamilton over the pandemic but chose to come back for a cleaning before deciding if I would be transferring to a dental office closer to home...... this experience made the choice easy, as soon as they found out I was thinking about transferring I feel like they did a rushed and bad job at cleaning. What's not to like; friendly staff, timely reminders, excellent location, nonexistent wait times. I'm normally petrified of the dentist but they really make me feel at ease.
Very fortunate to have the pleasure of Dr. Mahshid Torabi as my dentist. She makes me feel very at ease with any procedures and is not pushing for any work that is not necessary at the time. In the past I've been nervous to visit the dentist but with Dr. Torabi I know it is going to be a pain free easy experience.
I am appalled by this dental office. I have been here twice since the new ownership and each time no dentist was present. Neither time on the phone was I told that a dentist would not be present for my appointment. The first time they let me know after my appointment was complete, that if I wanted to see one I would have to wait 25 minutes for he or she to show up. Why schedule me in then in the first place?? I am a new patient with King west dentistry and for my first visit I had a molar removed 2 month ago. At a time where Most dental clinic were closed due to pandemic, Dr Golabchi Far took care of emergency dental work which was awesome and I am thankful for. This tooth has been driving me crazy for the last few months when one of my colleagues recommended this dentist. I called and he took me in on short notice.
