I had an issue with an outside tire maintenance shop that does not need to be named where they accidentally broke a lock nut on my wheel and stripped the key, making me unable to remove the lock nuts myself. I spent a pretty penny removing the front two lock nuts at my mechanic, but I came down to King Volvo a few days ago to get a replacement key for the back two locks. Few things are more stressful for me than buying a car. I doubt I am alone in this. However, King Volvo made the experience as smooth and simple as possible. Jason worked with me for several weeks to find my perfect car and iron out a fantastic deal. He, as well as the rest of the staff, are incredibly professional and friendly.
