Do NOT buy a Cal-Am home, or live in a Cal-Am property! We did, and regret it! The home itself turned out to be cheap feeling. Bad build quality, and cheaper materials. The after sales service was nonexistent. The management at the Cal-Am property we unfortunately live at, Rose Garden in Surprise, Arizona, is horrible. Cal-Am Properties has twenty bad reviews on the BBB website! Stay away! This company is bad news!
The property is well maintained with grounds trim and blacktop roads.Playground for children and enjoy country setting when go for a walk. Community center is clean, has fitness equipment, billiards table, and a sparkling swim pool.
all that matters to Rolling Hills Mobile Home Park is MONEY, MONEY AND MORE MONEY... and liers... no respect to Residents... poor management...
Brian the Sales Manager at Holiday Palms was friendly and knowledgeable about the community and the area. Residents there are always smiling and waving, clean community.
Have been living adjacent to this community for 10+ years. Has been getting worse and worse for the last 2 years. Last Saturday night there were three gun shots and a big fight. Maybe not such a great place for mom anymore...
I LIVE IN THE PARK SINCE 1976 THIS RECENT MGR HAS LET THIS PARK BECOME GHETTO SHE DOES NOTHING BUT SIT IN THE OFFICE ALL DAY SHE DOES NOT COME OUT TO CHECK ON APPEARANCE ON PARK SHES A DO NOTHING MGR SHES JUST A REAL ESTATE AGENT
