Careless truck driver
Overall a very good experience. Good communication throughout, no problems. I would not hesitate to have King Trans ship my car again. Professional and timely. Manage your expectations during the process if you’ve never had your car shipped before. Door-to-door isn’t necessarily door-to-door. It’s more like close by to close by. A big rig can’t get into tight residential neighborhoods very easily. Work with the truck driver to figure out what works for the both of you, and you’ll be fine.
I would give them a zero if I could . Warning , do not use this company . We went with them because they were $100 cheaper then the competition . Working with them was a complete nightmare . They were days late dropping off our vehicle ( to which they made multiple excuses ) . They tried to make us pick up our vehicle hours away from our home (contract stated our vehicle was to be dropped off at our home ) , and threatened further delays if we couldn’t .
