Dr. To was my Dad's doctor for years. He diagnosed Dad with glaucoma (along with terrible sight!). He gave Dad a script for his eyes and Dad followed it religiously. About a yr. before he passed, (he was 83), Dad's glaucoma was gone. I see Dr. To regularly since I seem to have Dad's crummy eyes. He remembered Dad's issues and checks mine for the same. I have been a patient of Dr. To for the last ten years. I sought him out because he is highly respected by his colleagues - he was in the Top Docs listing of Rhode Island Monthly magazine for multiple years in his area of practice. He is thorough and conscientious, as well as unfailingly courteous. It is always easy to book appointments, and when arriving at the office, my time is respected with short waits and a very pleasant staff.
I have seen Dr. To for years and I have total confidence in him. He is also a very caring person.
Dr. To is the best is all I need to say.
