I took a 2010 Hyundai in for a window...they quoted me a $800. Bill for a part that cost $162 maybe..then quoted me a elderly discount they said for 12 percent discount that took it to under $800.00..called parts place even they said that was baloney.that was almost the cost of my used car.. don't ..I mean don't go to the new store ..go on to the one on 69 highway.. Better deals and more honest people
Cadence working the counter was soooo busy and a little overwhelmed. He remained calm, collected and super helpful.
Derrick was amazing! We literally pulled into the parking lot as he was walking to his car after hours. We told him our son had been driving on a donut, and we don't live in Muskogee. He took the tire and called us the next day with the fix. When we got back into town, it was ready and waiting for us! Awesome job!! (This store is on Shawnee...I think there are multiple offices.)
I booked an oil change and tire rotation the day before and it was done quickly and at a reasonable price.
Everybody in Muscogee at Robertson tire was so good and worked with us was helpful and I would recommend them highly
