I got a flat tire on my first car and was frantic. I was not sure what to do or where to start. After, I got my spare tire placed on my car, I drove to the William and Bailey location. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg, but was pleasantly surprised with the price. My car was serviced in less than 9 minutes. I hope I don't ever get another flat tire, but if I do, I KNOW WHERE TO GO!! Thank you again guys!!

Great service at a great price! Quick service and friendly staff! **** well, I am editing my review right now.... so, we got 4 tires...all great tires. Yes, the staff got our vehicle in quickly and back out quickly, and the price was great. Once we got got home around 8 pm, we realized that on the driver side one of the lugs had been stripped and on the passenger side one of the studs had been broken to the point that there was no lug at all..... I mean, no body informed us.... I mean, come on...we are loyal customers....tha... read more
