At first it was good. But now I have two pools both with major problems. Attached are pictures of them, the green one is from their 'weekley' repoert wher the say the 'pool has been cleaned and chemicalsbalanced'. There excuse was rain or the filter was not running. Ok, did tou fix it? No. When I took care of them they were never that bad. The first few years they were never that bad and as I remember it also rained those years. Mattias and his sons and crews are beyond amazing! We have never had any pool service like theirs. They are honest, extremely friendly and reliable. They take care of all of our investment houses pools and our personal pool. Our dogs look forward to their visits weekly for some extra petting in the back yard. King Tide Pools and Mattias Vellin are absolutely the best company I have ever used. My pool has never looked as good as it does now under the care of Mattias. He is very professional and answers any questions I might have. I highly recommend King Tide Pools.
We are very pleased with King Tide Pools. They are great with communication, do a great job with the pool and even are able to fix equipment. Courteous and professional. What more could you ask for.
I cannot recommend Mattias and his team highly enough. He has done a terrific job providing very effective and reliable weekly pool service. Our pool has also posed many issues and repair challenges and Mattias has knowledgably figured out each challenge and found a way to solve it, at times making above and beyond visits to make sure everything was fine.
