I've been working with Lanier for a few years now, and he's definitely on my short list of favorite contractors. We always have good communication, and I appreciate his guidance, good work and competitive pricing. I just had him out to run through the system, he handled some sprinkler heads that were giving me trouble, and now I can check that off my list with zero stress.
