Recommendeda mi me gusta llevo 11 años aquí y cuando necesito algo me atiende rápido i trado de mante mi edificio limpio estoy a gusto solo los parqueo la gente no tiene consideración uno llega y hay gente que tienen 4 y 2 no los usan otros no viven aquí i tran carros y los dejan ahí por meses es lo único que no me gusta y me gustaría que acan algo con la situación gracias
RecommendedLocated in the midst of downtown everything is easy walking distance. Use caution at night though it is also located in the midst of very high drug use & related criminal activities. The apartment bldg itself has security entrance & garages are gated. Our 2 bedroom apt is huge and you won't find a lower rate. Most closet space I've ever had. Maint crew leaves a lot to be desired - keep on them until they fix problems correctly.

Brandywine Village Apartments.: Rodent and roach infested - horrible place to live. Unhealthy place to live for people who suffer from asthma - people smoke in the buildings. Unsafe place to live - people start fires and don't call the fire department. Then they rip their smoke detectors off the walls. Staff is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! There are people doing drugs here too in a few different buildings. Staff does not properly document the rent that is paid. The neighbors are even rude & inconsiderate by playing lo... read more
