Dr.s quit. Left us all in a lurch. New doc couldnt care less. Very rude. We left before we even waited the month for an appointment. What a joke.

I was a patient for more then 10 yrs. It was very disappointing that the doctor left without even a goodbye or letting me know. The doctor that is there now is not very good and in less then 1 year is moving the practice to west Edmonton. It feels like Dr. CS didn't think much of his patients to just leave and leave us with this doctor.

When Dr. Schulte ran the clinic he was always on time and would actually call you with results rather then clog the waiting room. Very professional. The Dr. that has taken over makes you wait extended periods of time in the waiting room and then 40 minutes in the exam room. Minimum. She doesn't even apologize for the wait. And keep in mind this is a private practice not a medi center. Isn't part of being a professional time management? This Dr. thinks highly of herself and not the patients. I have been seeing Dr. Schulte for 20+ years. He has since retired. The new physician is impossible to get in to see, what used to be a 2 day wait to get in is now easily a 3 week wait. After waiting my 3 weeks for my appointment I receive a call that they need to reschedule as the Dr will be away. They book for another 2 week wait. This to me is unacceptable 5 weeks to get in. Give your heads a shake. I will not be going back to this clinic and will be referring friends and family to my other physician who is a 2 day wait.
