I got ripped off by this business and was refused an invoice for the overpriced and shoddy mitigation done after hurricane Ida. He totally took advantage of the situation and my dad, who was a WWII veteran! And he was a fellow veteran. What a dishonor. 1 star is too many. Stay away.
He's very dishonest, he also gives o bad ratings for people who do business with him.
I called last minute because my dog peed on my area rug. Bruce, the owner of King Steamer answered the phone and came in a few hours. I'm very happy with his service. He cleaned under the carpet as well. Will definitely be using him again and recommending him to others.
