Nobody is picking up call and wait time is more than hour , even after appointment. Need to work on management. Disappointed

Dr. Hadi is always attentive and truly listens to my concerns. The kindness and support have made my conception journey much easier and less stressful. As someone who works shifts, I really appreciate how the team accommodates my appointments, making it possible for me to continue treatment without taking too many days off. I’m so grateful for the care and flexibility they consistently provide.
I wish I could give them zero star. They focused on business instead of patient needs. They just want to charge you step by step .On the first orientation, they didn't tell all the prices .before the first transfer, they said we have to pay more .we faced lots of challenges with this clinic .
They didn’t care for patients timely treatment .didn’t care for hormonal changes for treatment .didn’t tell all prices and payments in orientation.give up with this clinic.
