Fire everyone in the whole medical fields...37 years I was in the medical field that was real care ..it's so sad!!! My ( pain management ) Doctor can't even call when I was in the hospital..I need surgery and I don't think I will get the care that I will need...I already cancelled one surgery because of the lack of care...but Lumbar surgery is a must...but I am so scared I will not b cared for .....and my cervical needs surgery...omg I don't know what to do anymore
My husband and I moved to Highlands Ranch in Sept, 2023. On average we fill 4 prescriptions monthly. We’ve never had a problem. All the staff have been consistently professional & friendly. An example is Molly. Given how busy this pharmacy is, it is very possible that what customers deem as rudeness is more likely a quick response from the staff to questions rather than a patient and lengthy explanation.
