I recently went to pick up my prescription, which I had requested using the pharmacy's automated system. According to the system, I had active refills remaining. Had a great experience here. Quick, competent and very courteous. Used to go to Safeway but always had issues while this team did a great job and made the experience very smooth! Would highly recommend.
I’ve gone to numerous pharmacies in the area (Safeway, Walgreens, Walmart) and returned to KS despite it not taking my insurance. I have no had my issues getting my prescriptions and the text messaging is always accurate. I’ve asked for them to get it to me sooner is some cases and they’ve met it, provided they have the drug. Where I’ve ahead issues with a dye, they helped find an alternative dye-free one. Last, when I ask for “the best price,” they’ll help look using good rx, king soopers and insurance. Never and I mean NEVER rely on this pharmacy to get you the medications you need. I have had so many issues here it’s actually insane, I kept trying to work with them because they are close to me but never again. I’ve been going through really bad side effects from not having my medication the last few days. They said it would be ready same day and 4 days later still no medication. If I could give less than one star, I would say the disrespect and lack of customer service were unacceptable. Long story short, I have a dye allergy. The pharmacist or pharmacy tech at this location did not take the time to read the doctor's note stating I had to have a pill without dye due to allergies. The tech went one step further, telling me I needed to call and find it myself. I could also open up the blue pill and just take what is inside.
