improve service time. I understand being busy but at least acknowledge the customer.
King Soopers should be investigated for price gouging during the pandemic. Chsrging me double my copay for my Insulin. No shortages or anything they just want to make their cut off the crisis. Now i Have to go without insulin for forty days because they are GREEDY I guess, They won't get any more of my business. this is as unethical as it gets. Who can I report them to, anybody know?

Told order would be ready in 7-10 minutes, finally received it 50 minutes later. Customer service rude; order so inaccurate when I got home, thought it was somebody else's.
Excellent service always. I’ve had to wait weeks for some of my regular prescriptions and they keep me updated and notified as soon as they are available. Convenient, professional, helpful.

on 3/30 I ordered groceries to be delivered on 4/1. it's 4/2 and I still don't have my order. I've called customer service 3 times and sat on hold for a total of approximately 4 hrs. I just want my money back.
Good food selection and the only store I could find disinfectant wipes and lysol!
