You'll find a real hit and miss at this store when it comes to customer service. I've been completely ignored to the point of rudeness here. My crime was asking about where to find something. Makes me sorry that I pay for Boost and shop almost exclusively at Krogers. I said nothing after that to the staff member but had my mother raised me differently I would have been just as rude as her. The store itself is clean and generally well stocked. This pharmacy is terrible. The employees themselves are fine but they are so incredibly slow! Often times when I go to the pharmacy, I see the line and just walk away. Three times this week I waited on hold for over 15 minutes. Today I waited 25 minutes before I hung up. Absolutely terrible service!!
The staff are helpful and kind, even though they are usually super busy. If I am going to stay and wait for a prescription it usually only takes 15-30 minutes at the most, even at peak times.
I like the staff at Evergreen. They always are very helpful and friendly.
