Easily the worst KS around. The staff take all the closest parking spots to the entrance. Seriously who does that. Let’s make the customers park in the furthest out spots. The store is run like a police state, where there is a guard who tries to force you to check your receipt (which is illegal in Colorado by the way). Terrible store
I’ve been meaning to take the opportunity to highlight how above and beyond this pharmacy has gone for me over the years. Through medication delays, insurance complications, urgent requests, they’ve remained polite, helpful and done all they can to go to bat for me. I’ve been coming hear for many years. I’ve never once had a bad experience. Just tonight, they basically bent over backwards to get me a medication urgently I would’ve deteriorated without over the weekend following an ambiguous insurance delay. I am 97 years old; my doctor called in RX to be Delivered to me from Kings Pharmacy at Hampden & Monaco. No delivery. I called and was told I needed to give them my Visa. I told them it was in their files and was told they Could no longer keep those files and to go online And give it. I do not know how to do that. This Pharmacy runs like a well oiled machine. Tommy has improved the work atmosphere immensely!!! I've used this pharmacy for well over 30 years and it hasn't run smoother!!! You can always count on accuracy a positive attitude and a warm smile when you walk up to the counter. I've had some rough interactions at this pharmacy in the past but, the atmosphere at the Pharmacy is one warmth and confidence. I would really be upset if I had to use another pharmacy!!!!!
