Amazing! Ben and Madison were so kind, helpful, and efficient in getting me the brand name prescription I needed and at the time I needed it. They were so patient dealing with an insurance override and went above and beyond so ensure I got exactly what I needed and paid for by insurance given I was picking it up early. Thank you all so much for your hard work and your stellar patient care <3
Whilst I've had a couple of shitty experiences with rude techs/pharmacists, overall I think this is the best chain pharmacy I've ever been to. They answer my questions like they actually care that I'm receiving the best care, and will work with me if there are issues with getting something filled. The woman with big black glasses actually used the PA to call me back over because she had forgotten to tell me one thing. To me, that's going above and beyond quality customer service. Been going to this pharmacy for decades, can’t think of a time I’ve had a bad experience. Been a couple of oops every now and again but they always fix it right away. The staff are consistently attentive, watchful, and accessible - handling a multitude of healthcare services for our neighborhood.
This pharmacy is wonderful! It used to be pretty bad – the staff that worked there seem to hate their lives. But the new staff is awesome and attentive and responsive and kind.
