I've attempted to transfer a prescription twice over the last two weeks, and when I never heard anything, I was told there was no record of those attempts. Both times. At one point, I tried going in person on a weekday when they were less likely to be busy to ask about it. I waited around with a few other people for about five minutes before one of the employees finally came out and said to me, specifically, to come back "later." They had no idea who I was or why I was even there - I'd spoken to no one. They told no one else... read more

I've been silent long enough. This pharmacy is so incredibly incompetent I don't see how they retain any customers. They are constantly overdue on refills sometimes up to several weeks. I mean isn't it their customers lives at stake? Do they care? Fill your scripts anywhere else than this poor excuse for a pharmacy. And if any of their employees which take exception to this review I would be happy to participate in any discussion.

Delayed necessary scripts. Husband went to ER. ER sent script for antibiotic that same evening. Was not filled until the NEXT evening! This caused further complications! Then Dentist sent script after oral surgery and 4 hrs later STILL NOT filled! This pharmacy has nice people and great prices but slow on really important meds!!
