I'm glad the lead pharmacist, Becky, decided to take it upon herself to not fill my prescription for chronic pain after I was T-boned and severely injured by a drunk driver. But they will claim they reached out to your provider for confirmation!! When they most definitely did not. I had to call my provider, to then call the pharmacy to have my prescription filled. Good riddance with your pharmacist, what a waste of a good salary to someone who can’t even make a phone call, and assumes every patient is fiending for drugs.
Poor service. Switched pharmacies
I have started a compliant with the State Board of Pharmacy due to the two female pharmacist. They are extremely rude and talk to you like you are a child. They also try to be your doctor and over ride everything MY doctor says. I highly recommend never using this pharmacy if you can. They go against regular pharmacy policy. And I did give them a piece of my mind. I gave them a dose of their own medicine. You can only be that rude to someone for so long.
Called in about a prescription for a sick child. The tech (Michelle) answering the phone was rude from the moment answering the phone. Yelled HOLD instantly. She was unable to pull up the prescription on the first time. She finally was able to pull it up and yelled "it's in progress which means it's in progress" and couldn't give a time estimate because they were "slammed." I am extremely disappointed with the King Soopers pharmacy, especially given that this involved my sick child. My son was diagnosed with strep throat and a prescription for amoxicillin was called in. After it showed “in progress” for a couple of hours, I called simply to ask how much longer it might take. Michelle, the pharmacist who answered, was immediately rude and condescending.
