More often than not the pharmacy there does not have enough of a pain medication I have been taking for a few years. I've learned to call before I go to check on availability. Last week the Asian pharmacist said if call again he will flag my account and shut it down. The only reason he have a reason to do that is if I continueually call and ask for my perscription early, which I have never done. I have switched pharmacies. The staff have always been great.
This is hands down the worst pharmacy i've ever dealt with. I have had the same prescription for several years, and every single month, they screw it up. I have to wait for them to get the medication every single month.And they never have enough, so i'm always without medication 2 weeks out of the month
So this pharmacist said that my doctor had to contact them a third time to pick up a medication and SPECIFICALLY say....I picked up the wrong medication the first time....after I already had the doctor contact the King Sooners pharmacy on Broadway and they said but the time my doctor ordered the medication they should have gotten right the FIRST time that they did not have it in stock. I hate to write this review but I feel like management should be aware of this. I had a prescription called in and had to wait for pre authorization before it could even get filled. After the pre authorization went through, I called the pharmacy to make sure it would be filled. The pharmacist I spoke to said they had to order it and that it would take a couple of days.
