I've been waiting 5 days for a prescription refill. Keep getting, it will be ready tomorrow! Good thing the drug is not life or death!
I don't know WHAT is happening at this pharmacy but it's getting continuously worse. I'm absolutely transferring my prescriptions after today. There's always a long wait and no one is friendly!
This pharmacy has helped me out a lot and I appreciate that. A lot of people are being way too rude to them as well and it's disappointing to see so many individuals we acknowledge as Peers and Examples in the world treating this Pharmacy harshly. They are rude and dismissive and somehow arrogant while also being completely uninformed. I was told that a medication that I need in order to stay out of the emergency room was completely unavailable. I basically begged for help and asked if there is any other pharmacy that might be able to help. They said no just wait one day, two days later I am desperate and angry and find out if I get upset enough they have an extra stash “in case a customer is upset”.
