I had a prescription for Ibuprofen and a topical lidocaine sent in around 7am this morning. I just showed up at 12:50pm (they open at 9am) and I was told I would have to come back at 1:45pm because it had been received but not filled. I told them I have work at 2pm and that wouldnt work, the answer i got was that they would fill it after their lunch break. The worst Customer Service ever at the service desk there was an associate sitting behind the counter, eating a sub sandwich since she was a manager and did not want to help us. Send us to self check out with another manager. Sandy did not want to help us called the third manager. He did not have any codes to run the service desk asked for the store manager‘s name three times and all I got was Vince no last name no one knows who he is said they didn’t even meet him.
