Hire more employees so that the wait times ~ and exposure to ill people ~ is minimized. Show your employees that you care about their physical and emotional health. Actually implement the changes ~ plexiglass partitions etc ~ that were posted on Facebook yesterday.
I am extremely disappointed at King Soopers/Kroger’s lack of protection for their pharmacy staff. With the COVID-19 pandemic in full swing in Larimer County I would think this corporation would do much more to keep their pharmacy staff safe. Sneeze guards at the counter??? Hell, close the counter and offer walk-up/drive-through options ONLY. You are understaffed and your staff is over-worked. You can’t afford to loose them to illness! Take care of the people who are making you $ and serving their community!
RecommendedI am a senior whether I like it or not (over 60) and today took advantage of senior hours. To my shock there were about 200 people already in line at 7am. I want to compliment Dan- the store manager and Jann - our cashier on their professionalism. Dan was letting shoppers in 100 at a time advising ppl in advance that TP was unavailable. RecommendedI appreciate the hard work of everyone during the virus outbreak...HOWEVER... the outside pharmacy window is out of order. My husband is in the middle of chemo so neither he nor myself can go inside to pickup his medication. He called the pharmacy and was met with a rather unpleasant person. How will you proceed in getting his meds to him? It would behoove you to fix the window amidst this pandemic. Waiting for a reply.
RecommendedI moved to Loveland ten years ago and, although Safeway is the same distance from my home, I have shopped loyally at King Soopers since then. Their failure to provide at-risk customers a reserved shopping time during the COVID-19 pandemic is causing me to question my loyalty to KS.
Worst pharmacy staff in town- rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. None of them understand the meaning of customer service.

RecommendedI think we need to allow the immunocompromised and elderly an hour to shop before the rest of us ... that will allow them to shop with the store stocked and cleanest. this will be a huge step in protecting those at most risk!
