Just had a brutally uncaring and robotic intake call with this firm where they didn't convey any interest in me as a person or client (while asking me questions when those answers had already been answered on the intake form) and talked over me when I was trying to give information crucial to my case. Over the following week, while I was on a business trip, I received repeated calls and emails from her almost every day. This felt excessive given it had only been a week since my initial inquiry. I received a prompt reply to my query and afollow up call back from a principal soon after. I got great advice at no charge. Though my issue isn't at the state of a case they can take on, fortunately, it relieved my mind. I recommend this firmand their business practices.
