Well I had an appointment supposedly on Thursday. I called Wednesday and was told that they could be here in the morning. Well waited all Thursday morning and early afternoon with NO SHOW!! I called the number back twice with no answer. UNDERSTAND THAT OTHER PEOPLES TIME IS JUST AS IMPORTANT!! Wasted my day when I could of had a reputable company come out. We had so many problems from our original installation by a different company but these guys fixed everything and it's been working great for years now! So nice and easy to talk to with any questions and quick to respond and fix any issues!! Our family highly recommends King!!!
