I gotta say - I used to LOVE Kings and would go out of my way (I live in Pitt County) to go there for BBQ. However, the last three times I've been there I have been extremely disappointed. The first two times it was late and they were close to closing so I just chalked it up to they were scraping the bottom of that days batch. But the last time I went it was prime dinner hours and it was the same. The BBQ used to me meaty and delicious, with just the right amount of sauce and seasoning.
