I ordered BBQ from Oink Express and had it sent to my parents in New England. Ordering was very easy, shipping was quick, and my parents were thrilled with the product. Great experience and highly recommended!
Stopped in not once but 2 nights in a row we loved it so good! Went Saturday and got a peck of oysters, some of the best, clean and fat...did I say fat, they were the perfect size and all the same size. Yum! Got a ribeye..that's always great too..lb of shrimp. So, next night in Kinston couldn't think of anywhere else to go so where did we decide to go we were going to do a repeat. Usually whenever I'm in the area I try to either eat in or do take out. King's BBQ has some great food. And Pork Skins but don't tell my Wife that I eat them every now and then.
There is a small group of us that frequent Kinston baseball games, and we always start our visit to Kinston with Kings. Its a tradition, and a darn good one.
This restaurant at one time put out some fantastic food...it seems to have lost their desire to do so. The collards that they serve on the buffet are no long fresh cooked at the restaurant...they are either canned or frozen....not good. The banana pudding that they serve is served HOT, as most of us KNOW...banana pudding is much better if it is cold.
