good food and friendly customer service at a decent price
I go to Kings take out on 70 every Sunday after church, besides having great food the take out staff are excellent. They are busy but manage to be kind and efficient. I like the place as a whole but the take out area is the best.

I saw this place on NC Weekend. (We actually went to the one on Vernon Street) I told my Beautiful Bride the next time we were in Kinston we had to go. The people are nice and helpful and the food is very good. By far some of the best BBQ I've ever had. It's Eastern Carolina Q but when it's served it needs nothing done to it. I had the Pig in a Puppy for the first time yesterday-totally worth the wait! I grew up in Kinston and my parents eat there every Sunday after church! Great job, Joe, keeping the traditions of King’s alive and well!
