I got a washer and dryer from them last years. Both stop working One month and two days after they came out, said nothing was wrong and then the washer start leaking water. I would never again buy anything from these people. In a customer service site
Update #2: They just replied saying there were no issues at all. That is a lie. They got their money from us, but we had to remove theirs the next day at our expense and also had to go buy another fridge somewhere else and never got the money back paid for the broken smelly bug infested fridge they sold us. Been dealing with this company since before my mom died and they always brought good stuff this year I needed a new dryer and I bought the dryer 12/1/24 and I blew out 1 week later the delivery guys were supposed to come replace it they called me at 12pm and said we'll be there after 2pm then called me at 6pm I'm 10mins away never showed up til 8pm forgot their straps so they slammed the dryer all off the truck carried it to the back and 10 mins later the dryer wasn't working called the store they got so rude to me yelling s... read more
Update: Their fridge has been in the house for under 10 hours. I'm up at 2:30am freaking out. I went to get some water and thought I saw something, I got a flashlight and bugs scurried back under the fridge. Small, could be bed bugs or baby cockroaches. I'm so grossed out. No wonder they tried to drown the fridge in something perfumy, probably masking bad odor or bug spray or both. My very servicable 20 year old Sears Kenmore dryer needed a repair. Two gentlemen came and did an excellent job for $350. I previously tried the company that claims to be authorized to repair Sears appliances and it was a scam. A person showed up with no tools and said it would cost almost $1,000 for the part and labor when I arranged for the repair at a future date.
