Well first of all, I would like to say the drivers that dump the trash at the complex I live at are good, I see them jumping out of their trucks to pick up rubbish. My daughter and I really enjoy watching these guys work. But I'ved noticed this short older guy, the guy who pulls the bins out for the driver in the truck, urinating in the enclosure. I wonder how many other places does this guy do it in,or has he ever been caught ? concerned tenant
