If you’re trying to get a Moderna vaccine, I would suggest you go to Walgreens or somewhere beside KDMC. Hubby and I were scheduled for 2nd shot today (He missed work to go) only to learn by mistake they moved to a different location in Grayson and took walk-ins ahead of us and ran out of vaccines by the time we got there! Now we have to wait. Again.. ! The first time they messed up and made my appt on wrong day and time and then said I missed my appt!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡
So let me start off by saying this place has been a total disaster since I’ve moved into the area. I will start with my sister who while I was in labor needed to use there emergency room and was left for HOURS unattended and called the nurse three times bc she was hooked to her bed and could not move so she had to PEE in 5-6 cups of the urine cups they use to test urine.. picture included if necessary and then told her she was CONSTIPATED AND RUSHED HER OUT when my father and myself had to call them to ask why she was not re... read more
Treat your patients better and instead of thinking they are just there to get drugs. came in for left knee pain and come to find out I have a torn ligament and they did nothing for me at all.
My mother died due to failed bypass surgery. The doctor was very arrogant and incompetent. It was obvious that the doctors involved in her case were avoiding our family while my mother lay dying in CICU so that they didn’t have to answer our questions. Since her passing, we have been informed by other former patients and/or family members of missteps by the same doctor and other doctors at KDMC. I would not recommend KDMC to anyone. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
my son was in kdmc hospital for 5 days in unbearable pain, they did nothing for him, treated him like he was a drug addict looking for drugs, they did a mri on him and seen how bad his back was but still did nothing for him, the doctors do not care about their patients they have no compassion at all, the nurses are no better, but to be fair the night shift nurses did try and help him but not the day shift, I will never go to kdmc again and none of my family will go there, kdmc is sure not the hospital they use to be, he is t... read more

RecommendedI had double bypass cabge surgery surgical staff and nursing staff was absolutely wonderful!! Dr. White and Dr. Bastidas saved my life and I’m forever grateful for the excellent care I received from everyone!!! Thank you all so much for all you do on a daily basis!!!
