We had an under the slab leak in my basement from my kitchen sink. This was a whole new expierence to my husband and I. Jeff, King Rooter, knew exactly what the problem was before tearing into the concrete. This was a very scary situation because it's not cheap and you can't see the issue until you tear up the concrete. Jeff was very understanding and reassured us through the entire process. He did a great job and was professional from beginning to end! Thanks again!!!

Great work, they let me know the day and time they were available and I scheduled the appointment they came out on their schedule day and time and everything was taken care of. Quick and good work that was reasonable priced.

I waited 4 days for "emergency" service. Found out (at last) that it was their fault, and they still billed it. i would highly recommend ANY OTHER plumber besides this one. Unreliable, dishonest, late... Nothing more needs to be said.
