Install the awning for us and never took out a permit. Now we’re paying extra dollars to get it corrected and they won’t return my calls.
This place is the worst / they go around town getting jobs done without properly seeking permits from the town, even though you ask them if a permit is needed they lied to you as the home owner and then you stuck with the mounts of issues with the town, not only that but you can’t sale your home until such permit is taking care of / this place is the worst and do not give them any jobs they will leave you hanging at all cost , making the home owner to deal with so many issues -
Hired these guys for a railing and awning job, waited 4-5 weeks roughly for product to be manufactured only to be told they needed to charge us an additional $1,000 because we have vinyl siding and they needed to do an extra 15 minutes of work due to this. The guy who did the estimate saw the house, knew about the siding and told us there would possibly be a very minor fee to remove old awning and fix siding, maybe $100. $1,000 is not what I would consider minor! they do not stand by their work. terrible workmanship and the manager knows there is a problem, says hes coming and never does and won't answer my calls. spent a lot of money on roofing, siding, gutters, trim. shoddy work. I am reporting to better business bureau. I can post pictures too. spent close to $30,000
Love the new roof however not satisfied with follow up on damaged pavers. Only had pavers installed three weeks prior to job and several were damaged. Did not make good on damaged pavers.
We found King remodeling to be unreliable. They made appointments but canceled via phone during the time that they were supposed to be at our home. Alex apologized and said he would reschedule, but never did. We would not recommend them.
