My husband and I worked with a realtor within King Realty, which unfortunately ended in a cancellation of our contract. I’ll keep this realtors name private because although we had to go separate ways with this realtor, this specific review is about Rich King. During the process of our cancellation, Rich King continuously dodged my husbands calls and made the entire process more complicated and stressful than it had to be. I arrived at open house at 5 PM when they advertised open till 6 PM. An old lady told me that she had dinner plans and that she would be late and shut the door and did not let my family in to see the house. Very unprofessional. My parents are looking to buy this house since I live in the neighborhood, but when she found out I live in the neighborhood, assumed I was not interested in buying and not worth her time. Would not recommend as it is unprofessional and false advertising.
