I’m very happy with King Ranch. I called and was able to place in order And I have it delivered. Same day. The lady on the Phone was very nice and helpful I will definitely be using them in the future again
Avoid King Ranch Turf at all costs. 2.5 week old sod that has been watered 2-3x a day, has gotten plenty of rain including a record 10” rain fall in one day. The quality of this palmetto off the pallet was absolutely horrible. The pieces were paper thin with barely any dirt and you couldn’t pick one off the pallet without it falling apart. 1 star seems a little generous, but I couldn’t have gone lower, sadly. Super rude driver and office staff. They had terrible customer service. Not only were they rude to us the contractor but also to our customer the home owner. We will be closing our account with them after years of work business will them. It’s embarrassing when my customer mentioned that he has never had worse customer service.
