Don't understand the negative reviews. These are great apartments right on campus, best located apartments in the area. Leasing agency was a pleasure to work with, always responsive and handled any maintenance requests quickly. Recommend for any student or young professional looking for a spot in town.
Great location right next to campus and CW. Although rarely needed, maintenance has been very responsive and quick. The property’s management is reasonable and accommodating. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a quiet place near campus.
Awful property managers harassed my friend who lived here no air conditioning tiny spaces not worth being right next to campus to have to deal with these people they will screw you over for your money
