Decent rooms and good location. However, rent is way too high for what is offered, laundry is expensive, the area is often loud at all times of the day and the apartments switch to heat from October - Mid April, leading to the apartment often being ridiculously hot and impossible to sleep in with the windows closed. This becomes even worse when it’s pollen season so you have to decide between leaving the window open and letting pollen in or closing the window and never being able to sleep because of the heat. Parking options for visitors not good
Don't understand the negative reviews. These are great apartments right on campus, best located apartments in the area. Leasing agency was a pleasure to work with, always responsive and handled any maintenance requests quickly. Recommend for any student or young professional looking for a spot in town.
Great location right next to campus and CW. Although rarely needed, maintenance has been very responsive and quick. The property’s management is reasonable and accommodating. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a quiet place near campus.
