My wife and I hired this company to do a chimney cleaning. We agreed upon $175 for the cleaning and a free estimate. The employee Tony came to service our chimney. Upon inspecting our chimney he stated the smoke chamber needed to be sealed which would cost us $2400. We stated we would need some time to think about it. He stated if he leaves he would charge us $175 for his inspection. He stated it was free over the phone. Lies, lies and more lies. I HOPE NO ONE USES THIS SERVICE THEY HAVE BAD MANNERS AND ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS. I ASKED TO HAVE MY ROOF SERVICED FOR BOTH SIDES AND TONY TOLD ME HE COULD DO ONE SIDE FOR $550 WHILE HE HAS NOT TOUCHED OR LIFTED ANYTHING BUT FOR THE OTHER SIDE HE HAD TO GET HIS RUDE UNCLE TO LOOK TO GIVE ME A QUOTE. I PAID HIM 30% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT AND TOLD HIM TO START THE JOB ON THE FIRST. WHEN I REALIZED HE WAS RIPPING ME OFF I GOT SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE JOB AND REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK.
