Very happy with the work done on my home. Very prompt response and open communication. Work was completed within agreed upon timeframe. Would not hesitate to use King Property Preservation for future work.
Called for some help and had a horrible experience
Mr. King is hands down the best contractor that I’ve ever dealt with.. and it’s not even close. He was honest and on time throughout the entire remodel process. And the finished product was better than I ever thought possible. I’ve recommended him to all of my family and friends and I will continue to do so. If you want great work at a good price, I’d definitely recommend Michael King and his crew at King Property Preservation. I promise you will thank me later!
This guy does not pay his contractors, he does not do any of the work himself because he does not know how to. Beware doing business with him because you will end up with a lien on your house
