I could not have had a better experience renting from King Properties Unlimited. Cheri King might be the nicest person I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are not a huge impersonal management company but a family owned and operated management company that makes you feel like you are a part of their family. King Properties is an excellent company renting first class properties and maintained in a superb fashion. Ms Cheri King manages these properties and does an excellent job caring for the tenants.

This review is long overdue. I was recently able to rent a beautiful little town-home for my elderly mother and the experience has inspired me to write this review on this amazing company. When I reached out to Cheri, I had no idea that she was the head of this company. They manage quite a few properties as a company.
