This review is long overdue. I was recently able to rent a beautiful little town-home for my elderly mother and the experience has inspired me to write this review on this amazing company. When I reached out to Cheri, I had no idea that she was the head of this company. They manage quite a few properties as a company. Very Disappointed, we will be seeking Hotels in the future as VRBOs continue to disappoint. We had to cancel a future stay at a property managed by this company, as our daughter was injured and not able to attend a golf tournament. We provided 72 hours' notice and urged them to help us recoup some portion of this expensive reservation, and we offered to pay a cancellation fee. We had an appointment to see a townhouse thar was nearly perfect for us, rent, location, everything on Saturday. Less than an hour before our appointment Cheri King sent an email informing me it needed to be rescheduled due to her not being able to verify my ID, which I distinctly remember uploading. We have been working with King Properties Unlimited for more than two years as a property manager for multiple rentals in Wilmington. Cheri King consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that our tenants are happy and that the properties are well taken care of. Recently I asked Cheri to take a listing down because we are exploring a different rental approach with a unit.
