Very nice rental house with well maintained landscape by King Properties. Fast response if anything needs attention. Would definitely rent from them again.
Cheri has been hands down the best property manager/ landlord we have ever had! She made the touring & lease signing process easy, all maintenance requests were handled quickly and thoroughly, payment and tenant portal were very easy to use, and Cheri was always available by phone or email for any questions or concerns we had. This was my first apartment after college and I couldn't have asked for a better experience on the management side of things! From start to end my husband and I had a wonderful experience with our property manager, Julia, and any contractors that came by on behalf of the property.
