This review is long overdue. I was recently able to rent a beautiful little town-home for my elderly mother and the experience has inspired me to write this review on this amazing company. Julia McKeitlan is a GEM and a great person to work with. Julia guided me through everything with kindness & consideration. I moved after 28 years of living in the same home and it was a pleasure to have Julia helping! I rented a home through her and eventually ended up buying! I had a great experience renting through King Properties throughout the last 3 years, Cheri is a great person to deal with very quick responses and easy to get along with, highly recommend!
We had a fantastic time at this rental! The area felt very safe, with plenty of fun activities nearby and beautiful walking trails. The yard was spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing and BBQ'ing. The house itself is adorable, well-maintained with a great floor plan. King Properties is a TOP-NOTCH rental company: attentive and quick to respond. We were happy to move ONLY because we were ready to buy...if not, that was a perfect place to live.
