If you are looking to rent in Duluth, King Properties is the most responsive and honest management company in the area. We were long time tenants until we bought a house and absolutely loved our apartment until then. If you ever have an opportunity to rent a unit in their Lakeview or Hillside apartments, take it! The buildings are full of old charm and well kept with location and space that is unmatched. Any time we needed a repair they were immediately on it, no questions asked. My partner and I were tenants at the Garden Apartments for a couple years and we really enjoyed living there. The landlord/manager is the most professional and responsive I have ever had. Maintenance is the friendliest and takes care of any issues in the quickest time. Highly recommended
