Horrible service. Do not let AHS send these people. They put the problem with my refrigerator was due to manufacturer defect due to an google search even though Frigidaire says there has never been a defect or recall on that model. They refused to fix the ticket or call the manufacturer themselves causing my coverage to be voided and AHS won’t pay for it to be fixed because the way they entered the ticked. He was fast, came on the day he said he was going to. He knew what was wrong just by looking at it, he also had the piece he needed on hand. Then he continued to show us how to properly clean our unit.
Loren is fair and honest, we've had him work on our appliances and AC. He'll inform you if it's worth the repair before he gets to far into it. Does good work and dependable to show up.
Fast and on time response. He went above and beyond what one would expect. For outside AC repair I would recommend him.
