I’m speaking on behalf of the people who cannot; Due to language barriers or illegals. The history of Gilbert begins with him living at the trailer park ; just like everyone else. He came from nothing; but after over charging for any little thing in the park, he now owns two house that he bought from abusing, the good people of kings village. Management sucks balls here
Management is fkn horrible making up rules as he goes. So now my kids can't play basketball because I can't put my goal out on my yard. They need to worry about all these pot holes and water always coming and going. Fix all these old pipe lines. I don't recommend nobody moving into this community. I wish I had enough money to buy my own land so I'm temporarily stuck here in hitlers world.
This was a good park to live until they hired a grass cutter to became manager. I have recommended many friends to live in the park and they do not like this manager because he has a nasty and very unprofessional attitude the owner should get rid of him becuase the manager turning good people away the park has gone to hell since he became the manager
