They have done amazing work to redevelop "Dodge City" into Fall Creek Place. Now they are wrapping up redevelopment on Kennedy King and in some regards doing an even better job than they did with Fall Creek Place -- namely bringing in local businesses and not displacing low income neighbors that have been there for many years. I wonder what lucky neighborhood they have set their sites on next? Wherever that may be, Indianapolis is fortunate to have this CDC on their side.
