Brought my truck there for a clutch replacement. When inside my cab to pul the shifter they destroyed the carpet in my sleeper from grease on their feet. When I complained they said it was from when they went in to remove the shifter, the mechanic took five minutes and tried to clean it, the grease would not come out. He went in the shop and the owner STEVE came out acting tough like he was going to hit me. He said we didn't do it and refused to take responsibility telling me to never go back there. Total scumbag
1 star shouldn’t even be an option! Horrible customer service! The owner, Steve yelled and swore at my husband twice in the few days his rig was at the shop. His staff ruined, completely ruined the carpet in my husband’s rig and when asked to fix it, Steve told him he would give him $100 to never come back and then told him to “go fuck himself” and proceed to come at my husband like he was going to hit him.
